2 - Order

To order a product, the Customer must first register on the site by filling out all the required information, both personal banking and this, to enable OAO to process the order.

3 - Price

OAO reserves the right to change prices at any time but the Products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry (subject to availability).

Products remain the property of OAO until full payment.

Prices are those displayed on the Site and are quoted in euros all taxes included French (French VAT and other applicable taxes) but does not include transportation costs. VAT non applicable for customers outside Europe. Custom taxes depending of your local custom laws.
When ordering, the total price indicated in the order confirmation includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, as well as transportation costs and commissioning.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and / or customs duties on the sole responsibility of the Customer and under the sole responsibility. 4 - Availability

Products offered on the site are for sale as the offer is online and in the stocks. 5 - Delivery

OAO deliver the Products ordered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order confirmation email referred to in paragraph 6 of Article 2 of these Terms or if there is a pre-order, within 30 (thirty) days from the release date of the product that will be mentioned on the Site, in the product description.

If the Customer orders at the same time an available product and a pre-order, delivery of all will be in accordance with the time limits for pre-order product.

Postal delivery times are estimates, OAO can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery on postal service.

Products are sent to the shipping address that the Customer has indicated during the order process. In case of error in the address of the recipient, OAO can not be held responsible for failure in which it could deliver the product.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer and under its responsibility. All products are delivered in "Track" mode. The customer can retrieve the tracking number in the "My Account" for the state of delivery of the Product in the network of postal services.

6 - Payment

Payment for the Products can be made either by credit card (Eurocard Mastercard, Carte Bleue and Visa) or by Paypal or bank check but only issued by a French bank. No other method of payment is accepted. Customer's account will be debited at the time of the order.

By providing information related to its credit card or bank account, the customer confirms be allowed to make a payment with the card or the account, and be the holder of the card or account.

All credit card holders are subject to audits by the card issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorize payment, OAO will not accept the order and will not be held responsible for non-delivery or exceeded delivery times.

7 - Secure payment

Any dispute will be the responsibility of the French courts.

19 - Miscellaneous
